Setting boundaries for others,

Only make those friends who have similar values and beliefs to you . This is the most easiest way of setting boundaries. One should have limited friends to say.

Discuss with you parents,

Discuss frankly, your issues with your parents. This is possible only when you have strong bond with your parents. Parents should keep a keen watch on the activities of their children, whether it is educational or social.
