Would you like to know who Zelenskyy is?Some people like me would like to know who this man is? You will be interested to know about the Zelenskyy just like me. Because there are only two men in the world who are trending nowadays. One of them is named Putin and the other is Zylenskyy. Both these men also trending on all the news channels all over the world. These same names keeps ringing in my ears all the time . Today i will tell you about "Zelenskyy" . Don't worry guys, If you don't know, that who this man is? you will know by reading this article of mine. 

           Zelenskyy's full name is"Volodymyr Oleksandrovych Zelenskyy "  born in Kryvyi Rih on 25 January, 1978 . So in that case he is 44 years old. He grew up in Kryvyi Rih. Basically Kryvyi Rih is a Russian speaking in the southeastern Ukrain. Zelenskyy is a Ukrainian politician, former actor and comedian who has been serving as the 6th President of Ukraine.Volodymyr Zelensky is married and has two children named Kiril Zelenskyy and Aleksandra Zelenskyy. 

                  Zelenskyy obtained his degree in law from the "Kyiv National Economic University".

Olena Volodymyrivna Zelenska is a Ukrainian screenwriter who is the current First Lady of Ukraine, as a wife of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy as an Actor

Afterwards he pursued comedy and created the production company Kvartal 95.Which produced a TV series " Servant of the People" in which Zelenskyy played the role of president of Ukraine. And he played the lead role in TV series. This TV series is 90% liked. He has positioned himself as an anti-establishment, anti-corruption figure.The series aired from 2015 to 2019 and was immensely popular.

Zelenskyy as president, 

Zelenskyy announced his candidacy for the 2019 Ukrainian presidential election on the evening of 31 December 2018, alongside the New Year's Eve address of President Petro Poroshenko on 1+1 TV Channel. He won the election with 73.2 per cent of the vote in the second round, defeating Poroshenko.Zelenskyy has been a proponent of e-government and unity between the Ukrainian-speaking and Russian-speaking parts of the country's population. His party won a landslide victory in a snap legislative election held shortly after his inauguration as president. His communication style heavily utilises social media. 

For the very first time in history Ukrainian comedian Volodymyr Zelensky has scored a landslide victory in the country's presidential election. 

Who knew that a man who was playing president in a popular television comedy. Today, he is Ukraine's president, confronting Russia's fearsome military might. During his administration, Zelenskyy oversaw the lifting of legal immunity for members of the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's Parliament. The country's response to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent economic recession, and some progress in tackling corruption. On the flip side the critics of Zelenskyy claim that in taking power away from the Ukrainian oligarchs, he has sought to centralise authority and strengthen his persona.                      

Conflict with Russia 

So let's take a look at the problem that led you to read my article.Just to find out who Zelenskyy is?                                                    This conflict is actually one of the reasons for its popularity. Because before that you certainly wouldn't know about Zelenskyy. Some of you may have known Zelensky before. And such people only be in the minority. 

In past, Zelenskyy promised to end Ukraine's protracted conflict with Russia as part of his presidential campaign. And attempted to engage in dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He initially distanced himself from warnings of an imminent war, while also calling for security guarantees and military support from NATO to "withstand" the threat.

 24 February 2022, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine, one of its neighbours to the southwest. 

  

    Zelenskyy declared martial law in the           wake of the attack.      

Early reports declared it the largest conventional warfare operation in Europe since World War II. Now it is important to know where and why this war started. Because nothing happens all at once. And tensions between Russia and Ukraine have been high since 2014.

      Of course you also have some questions that came to my mind about this tension.
