What is education?

Education is not just to read and write but to make use of it for their own advantages and to the other as well. Some say education is the process of gaining information about the surrounding world. They are right, but information cannot be converted into knowledge without education .

 for me,

The first thing that strikes in my mind about education is "gaining knowledge". Gaining knowledge about the world surrounded by us.                                                                                          Education is not only gaining book knowledge but also can be learned practically. Education doesn’t mean to just go to schools and colleges daily and attend exams, it is meant for gathering knowledge and relating it to our lives. Education is something that makes humans different from animals or robots. Robots can also read and write due technology, but using knowledge wisely makes difference. Because education is the ability to think.  Most of the people confuse literacy with education which not stands to be true.  A person holding an educational degree or a diploma is  educated . If that was the case then the founding fathers of our constitution would not have been addressed as learned

Difference between literacy and education.
Here we'll discuss some key points that will show difference.

Literacy cannot make a person wise but education can. A person may be literate and also educated.

A person may be literate but not educated;

A person may be illiterate but still be educated.

And a person may be illiterate and uneducated.

Similarities between education and literacy.

Literacy is just one step towards education.

Population and housing census consider the Pakistan social and living standards measurement to evaluate the female literacy rate in Pakistan 2021.                                                 Pakistan has struggled for many years with the gender inequality of women achieving an education within their country. Pakistan is the sixth most populated country in the world, but with more than 40 percent of women never receiving an education, the nation has one of the lowest literacy rates on the continent.
